Avigilon Control Center System Integration Guide with Hirsch Velocity

Monitoring Alarms

Once the alarms from Velocity and Avigilon Control Center have been mapped in the Avigilon

Hirsch Gateway, alarms that are triggered in Velocity will appear in both applications.

To monitor alarms in the Velocity software, see the Alarm Viewer section of the Velocity

Operators Guide.

To monitor alarms in the Avigilon Control Center software, see the alarm monitoring section of

the Avigilon Control Center Client User Guide.
